No measurements are listed in the specifications, so I was surprised to receive a folded neck pillow that is 26" in length. It has a hard & uncomfortable spine through the middle. The memory foam is too thin to be used as a regular pillow because of the hard spine & without looking at the "frequently purchased with this item" full of neck pillows, I would have no indication that it specifically is one. It may make more sense to at least include photos of the item as a neck pillow instead of just "a long pillow" with no description of a hard plastic spine & relatively short length. Its probably a great item for people shopping for neck pillows though!

I just happened to have rewards that I was forced to spend. It seems too big to travel on a plane with, so I'm not sure exactly where it would be best used.

So if that’s what you’re looking for this is it. It bends into whatever shape you want. And the ultimate shape being the “U” for around the neck.
