We got these for the family on a recent trip - they roll smoothly, even after a few miles on sideways and cobblestones -- seem to hold up well. The outside is solid but does accumulate visual scratches a bit quicker than our old nylon bags. Really liked the combination TSA locks (we didn't have them on our previous bags) - nice touch.

Bought all 3 sizes and each piece was the same. Tipped over easily, rolled smoothly only on flat pavement. Even small crack would have to pick up luggage. 1 trip on airline and cruise ship was scratched so bad wouldn’t take again because of looks and having to practically e time.

I was sent a 24" suitcase instead of the 27" I ordered. After checking more into the model number, this is actually a 24" case being sold as the 27".
