Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We got these for the family on a recent trip - they roll smoothly, even after a few miles on sideways and cobblestones -- seem to hold up well. The outside is solid but does accumulate visual scratches a bit quicker than our old nylon bags. Really liked the combination TSA locks (we didn't have them on our previous bags) - nice touch.

Disappointing

Tipped over easily, rolled smoothly only on flat pavement. Even small crack would have to pick up luggage. 1 trip on airline and cruise ship was scratched so bad wouldn’t take again because of looks and having to practically e time.

Wrong Product

Measurements should be defined clearer

Wrong. . . the space within the luggage is only 24". The overall 27 " includes the wheels & telescoping handle.
