i purchased this Samsung model wth a skepticism toward front-load washers in general. Since my purchase, however, I have been nothing but pleased. My Samsung is highly efficient in the amounts of water and electricity it uses. It's very quiet as sometimes I forget it's even running (quite a big difference from my last washing machine). My clothes smell cleaner and fresher than they ever did with a top-load washer. The only recommendation I have is regarding the door. It's important to remember that, as a front-load, the door completely seals shut when in use. When you are done using the machine for the day don't shut the door completely. Leave it open or cracked to allow moisture to escape. I had heard others complain about mold and mildew but, obviously, if you leave moisture sealed in a warm environment that will happen. Just something to get into the habit of doing. I love my washer.

This machine is quiet and it gets the laundry extra clean. It is fast and easy to load.

Our new washer has many temperature, soil concentration, fabric type and spin options. It also has a steam cycles. This washer cleans any variety of clothing that we have or would ever own. Our garments come out of this washer fresh and spotless.
