i purchased this Samsung model wth a skepticism toward front-load washers in general. Since my purchase, however, I have been nothing but pleased. My Samsung is highly efficient in the amounts of water and electricity it uses. It's very quiet as sometimes I forget it's even running (quite a big difference from my last washing machine). My clothes smell cleaner and fresher than they ever did with a top-load washer. The only recommendation I have is regarding the door. It's important to remember that, as a front-load, the door completely seals shut when in use. When you are done using the machine for the day don't shut the door completely. Leave it open or cracked to allow moisture to escape. I had heard others complain about mold and mildew but, obviously, if you leave moisture sealed in a warm environment that will happen. Just something to get into the habit of doing. I love my washer.

This machine is quiet and it gets the laundry extra clean. It is fast and easy to load.

Our new washer has many temperature, soil concentration, fabric type and spin options. It also has a steam cycles. This washer cleans any variety of clothing that we have or would ever own. Our garments come out of this washer fresh and spotless.

This Samsung washer is awesome. it's quiet, quick and does a great job spinning the clothes out so they are nearly dry. I'm so glad I chose this washing machine (and matching dryer).

I would definitely buy this again! When we needed a new washer, I was a little concerned that the size would be too small for our family of 5 since many other models are larger. However, it is plenty big and fits MUCH more than any other top loader I have used. I can do all of our laundry in just two loads a week! (One whites and one darks.) The steam option also works really well on the whites, they come out SOOOO much whiter than with a standard washer. The cycles lengths are variable depending on if you add steam and the water temp. They vary from 24 minutes to >2 hours, just to keep in mind. I would definitely buy it again.

The washer is smaller than most units available for sale, but the quality and dependability of the units (both washer and dryer) is very good.

We were a little apprehensive about buy this set. There was no ratings or reviews at the time. Best buy was the only seller at the time and they were not in stores only online. We went ahead due to the low price and the name brand. We have been presently surprised and would recommend them to anyone. We bought the stackable adapter and they fit great together.

One issue that occured is that when the washer load is spinning the washer has a tendency to shift. The washer is on the recommended pedestal. I would suggest using a different material for the pedestal feet to minimize the movement. Overall both the washer and dryer are more efficient than my old ones and I am pleased with the purchase.

I recently upgraded from a basic washer and dryer to Samsung products and couldn't be happier. I really love this washer! I love the options for washing clothes and truly feel that they are more effective and get my clothes cleaner. Also, it has saved on both our water and electric bills already. No complaints!

Haven't had any issues. Washes my clothes much better than my old top loader. Would have liked slightly more capacity but still bigger than the old machine. Can't speak to longevity but it's been good for the first month.

I purchased this washer when I purchased my new home last month. It works very well and my clothes smell fresh when they come out of the washer. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The Samsung washer and dryer is an excellent product!! They both run super quiet and work great! I'm very satisfied. I also like that it saves space by being able to stack it!

It is a great machine. Gets the clothes clean. It has an end cycle melody that is very annoying. The music seems to go on and on but that is better than a buzzer.

My wife and I purchased this washer (in the set along with the dryer) and saved big money. These are aesthetically pleasing machines, and seem to perform well.

This washer has a direct drive motor and steaming ability. I did not expect either and was surprised to find out it had both features.
