I have found this to be a work horse. I have had one load in it after another. It is efficient, even if it is not as fast as others. The clothes are clean and nearly dry after the spin cycle.

This washer and dryer have made life so convenient! The cycles are so quiet and get your clothes really clean. The best part is the song that plays when your load is finished.

I am very satisfied with this product. I was a bit hesitant about making this purchase but have never been disappointed with Samsung products.

Just like my dryer, the cost of a base model compared to better technology was worth the difference.

I decided to return the product and best buy pretended to schedule a pick up but never did. They waited till its beyond their return policy so now i have to argue with a store manager.

Hubby works in construction and this washer gets even his clothes clean.

Expecting working certified condition , I had some open box before but this is the worse.

10 year warranty on the direct drive motor. 1 year everything else. Machine to me, is super quiet. It also has Digital Inverter Technology, LOL which means, who knows and who cares. I threw in some dirty clothes, and they came out clean... Only reason that I gave it a 4 star, instead of 5, the chime at the end of the wash cycle is super quiet. Here's a idea, send a signal to your cell phone at the end of the wash cycle.

2 1/2 years old and it will not spin. I do not recommend

A couple of weeks ago the Toledo OH area got the most amount of rainfall in over 30 years. On one night, 6/27, it was like a wall of water the likes of which I'd never seen and our local sewer system couldn't handle, so when I went to the basement to get something I got about half way down the stairs and saw our new basement swimming pool! After pumping everything out and paying $4K for a company to dry everything, I found our washer and dryer had died. Since we were happy with every Samsung product we've ever bought, I ordered this washer and matching dryer online, sight unseen. They arrived this morning and I began doing 2 weeks of laundry at about 1PM and have the last load in the dryer right now. I was happy with our old, (but fairly new), washer and dryer but, like all things Samsung, these take the phrase "State of the Art" and push it to the limit --- and these are the "low end" version of their product line. I couldn't be happier with them!

I'm very impressed with my new washer and dryer set. The settings are easy and the unit is quiet. It uses minimal water, and the matching dryer has a sensor to determine if the clothes are dry prior to completing the cycle. Overall this is an efficient set, I have prepaid lights and can see my daily usage and my bill has not increased since I've been using it. Very satisfied I would suggest getting the pedestals to give some height to the units.
