    I recently bought this washer and the matching dryer and the night they were installed tried to wash a load and found out the washer drum doesn't even spin so it was broken. Got Best Buy to agree to deliver a new one in 5 days, in the meantime took the clothes to the laundromat to wash and brought them back to dry in the new dryer....lo and behold, the dryer doesn't heat up. So whether Best Buys delivery service broke them in transit or if they are just junk I don't know yet but I do know that as of right now I've got a broken washer and a broken dryer.
