Customers are delighted by the large capacity, cleaning performance, quiet operation, and ease of use of this washer. Many appreciate the numerous features and the convenient FlexWash system for smaller loads. However, some customers have reported issues with reliability and the price point. Concerns have also been raised regarding the door design and its limitations.
I decided to treat myself to a nice house warming, holiday gift. I have a soft spot for the latest technology and this was no exception. With the holiday sale pricing combined with the manufacturer’s rebate and Best Buy Gift cards, the set was a solid purchase. The new Flex washer and dryer are FANTASTIC and as it’s name implies very FLEXIBLE. We use them to run separate and simultaneous cycles depending on our laundry demands for that day. They are not only beautiful but clean well. There are twelve different cycles for the washer of which 5 are steam and one is sanitize. The dryer also has 12 cycles with two of my favs being refresh and wrinkle away. Both appliances have quiet run cycles. The fact that both machines are ENERGY STAR-compliant is also a plus. The set is big, tall, and heavy. Best Buy delivered and did a very professional installation. So far we’ve had no issues. Did get extended warranty as a back up. Even if I’m not washing and drying, they are really great to just admire as works of art

Bought this washer a couple weeks ago and really like it. Very quiet. Especially like the smart app that tells me when it’s done. My wife really likes the combination of the top and bottom units, she washes small stuff in the top and the big stuff in the bottom.

Great silent washing machine. If you are a tech savvy person this one is for you as you can read it is fully controlled with your smartphone. I received it over a week ago and the guys installed and made sure it worked. Right away I started to fiddle with it and rapidly learned its multiples uses, do’s and dont’s. If you’re a first time a washer/dryer owner and deciding which to buy. I wouldn’t recommend this one since they are many options although it is one of the most updated washers out in the market.
