I chose this dryer over an older model because I really wanted the steam option and the rack dry option. I find myself using the steam option all the time - freshening up the comforter, "washing" my bras, fluffing some pillows, refreshing work clothes. And instead of that dreadful "buzzz" when your clothes are done, this dryer plays a soothing song (lol. But seriously). Also, I noticed this dryer stood slightly higher off the ground than other floor models - a little less bending down. ;)

What can I say? This dryer is easy to use, quiet, and very efficient. We bought it after buying a new home. It has a large capacity which come in handy when washing and drying comforters. It is very quiet and efficient. The dryer in our old place would take an hour and a half to dry our king sized comforter. This only takes about 45 minutes.

So, when our old dryer finally kicked the bucket after 10 years of service for us it was time to invest in one of these new high-tech fancy button dryers and we did. Now, our expectations weren't too high since our old dryer towards the end was drying a load in a little over an hour so you can imagine our surprise and excitement when we first used this dryer and it only took 20 minutes to dry a medium size load. Just like any other product one buys, I recommend that you read the instructions and I highly recommend that you opt into letting best buy or whatever installation service offered at the retailer you purchase the dryer at, install it for you. We did and it was the smartest thing we could've done. Not only did best buy deliver the dryer and washer for us, but they installed both with speed and accuracy and made sure everything was working properly before they left. The dryer has a steam function that we weren't even aware of so if we had installed the dryer ourselves we probably wouldn't of hooked up the water line needed for this functioned. So, great dryer so far and here's hoping this one lasts us at least 10 years like our old one did.
