I chose this dryer over an older model because I really wanted the steam option and the rack dry option. I find myself using the steam option all the time - freshening up the comforter, "washing" my bras, fluffing some pillows, refreshing work clothes. And instead of that dreadful "buzzz" when your clothes are done, this dryer plays a soothing song (lol. But seriously). Also, I noticed this dryer stood slightly higher off the ground than other floor models - a little less bending down. ;)

What can I say? This dryer is easy to use, quiet, and very efficient. We bought it after buying a new home. It has a large capacity which come in handy when washing and drying comforters. It is very quiet and efficient. The dryer in our old place would take an hour and a half to dry our king sized comforter. This only takes about 45 minutes.

So, when our old dryer finally kicked the bucket after 10 years of service for us it was time to invest in one of these new high-tech fancy button dryers and we did. Now, our expectations weren't too high since our old dryer towards the end was drying a load in a little over an hour so you can imagine our surprise and excitement when we first used this dryer and it only took 20 minutes to dry a medium size load. Just like any other product one buys, I recommend that you read the instructions and I highly recommend that you opt into letting best buy or whatever installation service offered at the retailer you purchase the dryer at, install it for you. We did and it was the smartest thing we could've done. Not only did best buy deliver the dryer and washer for us, but they installed both with speed and accuracy and made sure everything was working properly before they left. The dryer has a steam function that we weren't even aware of so if we had installed the dryer ourselves we probably wouldn't of hooked up the water line needed for this functioned. So, great dryer so far and here's hoping this one lasts us at least 10 years like our old one did.

Another display model purchase. It has more features than an dryer I have ever bought. Steam function is great for quick dewrincling jobs. Very efficient at getting cloths dry. Has settings for just about every type of drying job. Best purchase I have made in a while.

Plenty of options/features. Performs the functions required. We have no problems/issues with operation or efficiency. Have not really needed the steam function yet.

We are very happy with the size of this machine and its ability to dry our clothes, pillows, comforters and whatever else we throw at it - or into it! It's great!

It's quite. Gives you lots of options for drying time. Steam drying. No need to iron that much

Wanted a large washer for my king bedspread and boy did I get it. Another great thing is that it's so much taller then my old washer and dryer.

We purchased this dryer and matching washer about five weeks ago and so far these have met and exceeded all expectations. They are ultra-quiet, and do a fantastic job with our clothes. I was pleasantly surprised to see the clothes come out of the dryer not looking like crushed aluminum foil. The wrinkle factor is reduced. So far it has worked flawlessly and seems to be well made. I will update this review at a later date.

Ample sized for blankets and quilts. The keypad can be overwhelming but works great once you figure it out.

This dryer works so well, it is so quiet, and many functions to choose from. I just love it.

So many features on this dryer to solve drying needs. I never have to iron thanks to steam and wrinkle-free features. Re-fresh feature is very nice when I forget I have clothes in the dryer. One of the greatest features is the lint catcher. It has an enclosed "trap" at the bottom of the screen so little things you forget you are drying (like collar stays) never fall down inside the dryer never to be seen again!

Works great. Dries efficiently and quietly. Steam feature not yet used.

This Samsung Dryer is the best I have ever had. Dries clothes efficiently. Love its "steam function" for dress shirts and quality clothing. Has a rack for drying shoes, bags and hard to dry items. A must get for anyone. So many cycles and functions !!

Love the steam option on the dryer. At first I couldn't figure out how to get larger loads to completely dry but found that putting them on the timed cycle works.

Great for my dress shirts, put them in on steam cycle for a quick freshen up, much less ironing.

This is my first gas dryer and it works well. I'm not sure if it dries any faster but my bills seem to be lower
