I love this phone, it still is a powerhouse even though it is from old. The cameras still takes fast and great pictures. Battery life is splendid, it last me a day an a half with vigorous use. It might be a little bit on the small side for some, especially with the dawn of bigger screens. But this small workhorse still gets most of the ideal functions done well.

This is a gift so I don’t know how it works yet but it look great. The packaging looks great also. Has the charger and headphones that come with it. Phone looks brand new with no scratches.

Waited for S8 and S7 to come down in price, below $400. Went to Best Buy compared both phones after studying all features on line. I preferred the front buttons on S7, a lot like my old S4. The screen size is taller on S8, really not that big differance S7. Ended up with refurbished Gold S7, like new, 1 year warranty, in a Samsung box with accessories and manual. They had refurbished S8 for $100 more, I like the S7 better. This is after couple of weeks. Paying $800 for a phone is excessive to me. We buy unlocked phones, use no contract prepaid plans.
