I love this phone, it still is a powerhouse even though it is from old. The cameras still takes fast and great pictures. Battery life is splendid, it last me a day an a half with vigorous use. It might be a little bit on the small side for some, especially with the dawn of bigger screens. But this small workhorse still gets most of the ideal functions done well.

This is a gift so I don’t know how it works yet but it look great. The packaging looks great also. Has the charger and headphones that come with it. Phone looks brand new with no scratches.

Waited for S8 and S7 to come down in price, below $400. Went to Best Buy compared both phones after studying all features on line. I preferred the front buttons on S7, a lot like my old S4. The screen size is taller on S8, really not that big differance S7. Ended up with refurbished Gold S7, like new, 1 year warranty, in a Samsung box with accessories and manual. They had refurbished S8 for $100 more, I like the S7 better. This is after couple of weeks. Paying $800 for a phone is excessive to me. We buy unlocked phones, use no contract prepaid plans.

My S6 started acting up and slowing down, but I didnt want to spend close to $1,000 for a new phone since they only last 2-3 years, nor did I want to have to sign up for 24 months of payments. The S7 was 1/3 the cost of S9 and it's awesome with a great camera, works on all carriers, plenty RAM, and is perfect to surf web, emails, etc. I also like the size better than the newer phones!

This pre-owner phone was in perfect condition with Samsung earphones & accessories all in excellent condition, as well. Super happy with this purchase!! Best Buy employee was extremely helpful and helped answer any questions about phone as I am used to iPhones and needed to buy a Samsung phone for a missionary. Two thumbs up!!

Bought this unlocked phone and used a 3rd party cell phone service In Yodole mobile who use Verizon towers which means great service. Phone is easy to use and has a great camera. Love being locked in with great service, a great phone, and non contractual mobile plan for 60 dollars a month.

Store staff sent me all over store. 1st stating they were not responsible to give sim card. So I'm buying a phone that doesn't work? When they finally got it it took forever for them to FIND the sim Card. Bestbuy sold me a 2nd hand phone which it seems no one wanted to help me with. Won't stay on wifi, other things I can't figure out an options worked on my 6 but won't work on 7 wish I would have gone with another 6. If this is was a improvement I will never get the 9 I was considering. Very disappointed.

The phone is excellent, user-friendly, and everything I have come to expect from the Samsung Galaxy series. They are all that I buy. I purchased a refurbished phone, and it was in Super condition that I had no problem with it. My only issue is that Best Buy did not give me the option to purchase an extended warranty on it like you do get the option with any other electronics that they sell. And I asked for one too...

This was the 1st time I bought a Pre-owned phone. The reviews I read were great so I thought I would give it a try. This Galaxy s7 is awesome..It came in the original box with the charger and usb cord. I did pick the( excellent) or( like new)so there were no dents or scratches. It was perfect and runs very fast and smooth. I would buy a phone this way again. Trust me you will love it. I do.

I mean, I've had pretty old phones for awhile but man, this phone is sharp. Fast, lots of memory, picture-in-picture for apps, great battery. Just overall great.

I ordered online and didn’t know what to expect with a CPO device. This is a Samsung factory refurb and has a 1 year warranty from what I can tell. It comes in original packaging and is essentially a brand new device. Great experience and I’d recommend CPO to anyone that needs this phone for a great price.

I was very pleased with the staff during my purchase of the Galaxy S7 phone and all the help they provided in transferring all my info from my iPhone to my new phone. I was also very pleased with the time they spent with me and helped me in getting set up on the Galaxy S7, how it worked, how to download apps, etc, - especially since I was coming from the iPhone experience and had no experience on the Android System

This is an upgrade so I only have to learn the new stuff. An excellent phone and by buying factory refurbished open box it has an excellent price. I especially love to download audio books from the library (also free) and play them in the car via bluetooth.

I bought this phone about a year ago, and it has been working great I've had No problems with it. And I got ot for a very good price as well.

S7 is still an old reliable; and with this great Samsung certified refurbished unit... quality is amazing! It practically looks new!

Good quality phone. No issues. Required a lot of updates at the beginning but since it was preowned that wasn't a surprise. Would buy again.
