    Looks to me like Best Buy does not even bother fully inspecting pre-owned items before selling. This was my third certified pre-owned item purchased from Best Buy and like first 2, I ended up returning it because it was completely broken out of the box in terms of functionality. Never recommend buying certified pre-owned electronics from Best Buy. First two were laptops.

    I got this pre owned certified phone. It didn't work for my cricket chip I had to get a new phone.. Luckily they gave my credit for it

    The phone has a factory defect the person can bearly use it ....it seems that the phone sensors are not working properly. I was thinking about buying another phone from you guys but for no reason I would because I can bearly communicate with him through the phone.

    It was so good in fact, we crowned it the "best phone of 2016". And even though the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge has now been superseded by the Galaxy S8 Plus, it's still a top-notch smartphone. ... The rear of the phone is curved too, making it sit nicely in the hand. It's waterproof

  • Slow/Overheating/Poor Battery

    Immediately upon taking out of the box I simply compared the speed with my current $70 LG. Browser loading speed was slower with every webpage. Opening apps was also slower, especially when opening phonecall app and making calls. Phone began to get VERY hot very quickly. And the battery life went from 51% to 31% after very minimal use. So of course, I put the phone back in the box to be returned.
