We love the big burner that is located in the middle. We cook a lot of stews, gumbos, soups, and this works great. It also boils water very quickly. The middle burner has a 22,000 BTU burner.

the stove is ok, love the lights and stronger burners, knobs do not get to hot as i have read about in other reviews. Grates are heavy and cumbersome to remove to clean. surface cleans nicely, but those grates should fold up like most other stove tops do, make sure to have correct opening or cut out and then have a professional gas installer put it in. never hire best buy for this install. read all the reviews first. the customer service at samsung is about the worst i'v ever had the displeasure to work with
