I loved them until they stop working. I tried everything to get them to work again. I even live chatted with Samsung, who could not figure it out. So I returned them to Best Buy. I inturn bought the Pro version. Had the same problem but for some reason I checked the volume on my phone and found out that the volume on your phone needs be at the highest volume and you need to control the volume on your headphones. Not in the instructions, but needs to be for them to work right. So I really did not need to return them.
