Finally got my ADT smartthings hub (this only works with ADT's version) now that it was on sale. This is running next to my furnace. Eventually I'd like to get it wired into the furnace electrical as it has an autokill function if it detects a leak (there's a module card with an electrical lead) but it works fine without it.

East to install with the ADT smartthings, I can see the status on my phone and can also tell if it's been tempered with.

It works perfectly plus the price was right. My only issue is that the smart features are misleading. In order for you to use the smart feature, you must 1st have a paid account with ADT Security. But you don't realize this until after you purchase the product...BUMMER!!....Luckily I can still use the device as a regular carbon monoxide detector, without activating the smart features.
