Four stars might be generous. It has great sou d, if you use the rightear piece. For me i have yo use the foam ones(not included) which seals them gives them better detail more bass. Only problem is the foam tips dont fit into the charging case so every time i have to take the tips off, store them and put them back on when ready to use. I put everythibg in a little pouch so i dont lose anythinng. When i use the supplied tips, they fit(ish) but the sound is lacking for sure. To much air leak. The touch contrs are nice, when they want to work. 50 50 shot. Battery life i think is great. I use with the anc and better sound on and they still last 5 to 6 hours. I think thats good. The case charges fast and charges the ear pieces fast. They look good. The app is nice easy to use. Pairing is a breeze. So over all i like them. I lime the sound(with foam tips) just make the chaging case except foam tips and i wouldnt even care about the so so touch controls

I usually don’t prefer in ear headphones because of comfort reasons however, these are a game changer for me! These shocked me with how comfortable they were in my ears. I have relatively small ear holes and my experience has been that the ear pieces were either too big or not snug enough but with Soundcore’s various bud sizes I fit the small perfectly. Typically I’m in a rush to take my headphones off after a while but with these I actually didn’t have any discomfort after wearing them all day at work and had no problem wearing them after work talking on the phone. The call quality is good, imo nothing beats connected wired buds during phone calls, but nonetheless it was clear. The sound quality was impressive given the price point imo. I love the sound profiles you can choose from and the ability to do your own custom profile. The aesthetic for me was what I’ve hoped for from other popular brands but hadn’t seen. The black and rose gold is beautiful! The richness of both colors makes for a great look. I don’t think the photos do it justice. The usability is on point although my only gripe is if I go to adjust them back into my ear if I take them off it can trigger a control very easily. This could be a plus because at least it’s very responsive. Compared to the AirPod pro I’d choose these due to comfort. The transparency mode isn’t better than Apple’s however it can definitely suffice for most peoples needs. For me the voice transparency worked well, this was while I was at work in a noisy environment. I could hear my music clearly enough while hearing people almost as if they were in the background. The battery life is about 4hrs which is less than I experienced with my AirPod Pro’s which lasted about 6hrs. However the case has wireless recharging which lasts me a little over a span of 2 work days before I have to recharge it. I had no connectivity issues with my iPhone 12 Pro or iPad Air.
