Q: QuestionIf I take out the left earbud and leave the right earbud in the charging case will the left earbud connect to my phone and actively play music? I have the first generation and this option deos not work; to get the left earbud to play you need both out.

- A:Answer These have both and ability to filter by environment. One of the first set of earbuds I have come across that does not impact the audio quality when ANC is enabled. I've been using this playlist on Spotify for audio quality testing and also connect these via BT to my at home record player with onboard BT. Attached some screens as well for what the app looks like.

Q: QuestionCan these earbuds connect to two devices at once? I need them to connect to both my work cell and my personal cell so if I receive a call from either one, I'm able to answer while driving and remain hands free. My Jabra's connect to two devices.

- A:Answer Simple answer is yes. They are capable of connecting to two devices at once but it has problems if your listing to music on one device and a call comes in on the other. It will not pause music. Soundcore support said there should be an upcoming firmware update to address this issue

- A:Answer Today was actually the longest I’ve worn them- about 5 hours. I played music/podcasts and they still aren’t out of charge. Haven’t run out of charge yet, but my ears are tired of having them in. So, I don’t actually know how many more hours they’d go, but 5 hours is way longer than my Apple AirPods last.
