I absolutely love this lens! It's the best lens for the price. I used the kit lens (28-70mm) that came with my Sony A7iii. Since getting this lens, I haven't switched back. I watched many YouTube videos and read many articles before purchasing it. All of them gave this lens a super high rating! This is also a great travel lens! From Aug-Sept 2023. I went to Michigan, Ohio, and Chicago. I only brought this lens. I walked a lot while in Chi and had my camera with me about 98% of the time. Because of how light the lens is, I forgot I had the camera a couple of times, haha. Pros: There are a lot of pros, but my main ones are that it's super lightweight and the little lock button. Cons: Most of the time, I have the camera on a strap and as I'm heading to my destination, it's hanging down. Sometimes, the lens will extend, maybe because it's rubbing against something on me. But I've never had that issue with the kit lens. Other than that one con, it's a fantastic lens for the price.

This is a great all rounder lens for Sony e-Mount. Covers a lot of ground and doesn’t require the sale of body parts to acquire. Takes really good photos, especially for its price point. I owned this lens once before and sold it, but after trying a lot of other more expensive lenses, I repurchased this one because it’s hard to beat as a take anywhere lens.

The lens is awesome! 28-200mm F/2.8-5.6 Di III RXD. I use it mostly for nature photography and landscape photography. It is very light and the auto focus from my camera works amazingly well with it. The 2.8 aperture works great indoors at 28mm and zoomed to 100 to 200 the 5.6 is more than enough to get a detailed shot late in the afternoon during sunset. The egret shot below was taken on a cloudy morning changing format on camera to APSC so it could convert 200mm to 300mm, you get that extra reach with it. I am very happy with this lens and would recommend it for travel, portrait, landscape and nature photography.
