Arrived in great shape, baring a loose screw in the bottom of the box. Installed it, and found many loose screws that needed tightening. Found that you must use music CD's or recorded CD's may or may not play in different players. The user interface is simple, but takes a little experience to get recording right. I was disappointed that the 78rpm record stylus was not included with the product. It is absolutely necessary for the protection and quality of sound from 78's. After about 20 hours of use and recording - very happy.

This product works great for converting my Moms LPs to CD for her to enjoy while in the car, iPod or listening on her Bose systems.

On a scale of 1-10, this piece of equipment is a 15! It is SO easy to digitize your cassettes and vinyl. I have done 200 cassettes and over 100 albums so far.
