Well, at this point, if someone is buying the most recent season of Adult Swim's The Venture Bros., that person is surely a big fan. After all, if a show has done six seasons in roughly twelve years, any viewer at this point must be dedicated. Still, the show itself continues to evolve and change with each passing season. With the show now set in New York and the boys in early adulthood, the only constant is change. So, reviewing the show won't really sway anybody. Perhaps a review of the supplements will do. The biggest draw, of course, is the special "All This and Gargantua Two." Acting a both the season five finale and the season six premiere, this episode is on the release and features an extended post credit scene which was only available online. Additionally, as is the case with every season from two on, each episode has an audio commentary. These, of course, are the standard commentary one would expect from a Venture Bros. commentary: Unrelated to the show. They're just conversations between writers Jackson Publick and Doc Hammer. If you've heard other commentaries, you know what to expect. They're entertaining if you enjoy just hearing two guys yak for a while. If you enjoy the show and its tone, then, Jackson and Doc should be to your liking. The release also contains a selection of deleted scenes from the entire season. Some of them are great. The rest are good. Also included is recap narrated by Henchman 21 and a collection of on-air Venture Bros. bumps. All in all, it's a worthwhile investment for any true Venture Bros. fan. The biggest issue? The long wait between seasons! Go Team Venture!

Venture Bros season 6 is probably the most intense one yet. Not only have the Venture clan changed locations, they're in a whole new world of Super-villainy that will push them to new limits, meanwhile, the Monarch discovers a dark secret about his family that will forever change his life. Brimming with humor and pop culture references, this season proves that Venture Brothers is one of the Adult Swim's best show. It should said, however, that the season is only 8 episodes long, a rather short season that may many starving for more. Still, the extras and the inclusion of the Gargantua-2 special should help satiate the thirst for VB action fans crave.
