Customers are impressed with how easy it is to use and install. They are also satisfied with the features of Windows 7.
installed Win 7 (32 bit) oem O/S on old computer originally with Vista, except removed old hard drive and did a clean install on new hard drive. It was very easy and fast. But, all the Updates (96 of them) took a couple hours to download. Win 7 took care of formatting the new HDD and all the drivers I needed too. Used Windows Easy Transfer to save old settings, documents, photos, etc., and everything transferred over very fast. Only complaint is the license product key number is extremely small to read without a magnifier, and even still had problems distinguishing letter "B" and number "8".

It's easy to install, unfortunately the sale rep. at best buy didn't know which version to recommend me, even though I took all my PC specs and I ended up buying a 32-Bit instead of a 64 Bit. They need more training in IT.

The instructions were not very clear; it required an installation program be downloaded from Microsoft, but when tried to get it from the website given received an error that website did not exist. So I had to pay to have the upgrade installed, something that should have been a DIY project for anyone with a little computer savy.
