The instructions are difficult but close your eyes and take a deep breath and just do it. I did it and came out with one bubble that eventually disappeared. The 4 star isn't the difficulty but the material. It's not glass but a rubber sticker. My got starched idk it affected my screen yet but it looks real good and doesn't affect the screen in any way

So far I am very pleased with this cover for my S20+5G Samsung. Best Buy salesperson was very helpful to me with my questions on this product. He installed the Zagg onto my phone for me and told me that any visible bubbles, if any, would smooth out in the next 24 hours or so. He was exactly right! Smooth, no issues with any dust particles, as some have suggested, and I've dropped it twice, on concrete, face down (ouch!) and to my amazement, no nicks, no cracks, nothing. Also, my fingerprint access works perfectly. Very pleased with my purchase and with the service I get at my Best Buy.
