The instructions are difficult but close your eyes and take a deep breath and just do it. I did it and came out with one bubble that eventually disappeared. The 4 star isn't the difficulty but the material. It's not glass but a rubber sticker. My got starched idk it affected my screen yet but it looks real good and doesn't affect the screen in any way

Difficult to install. However, once installed, looks very good. Note to buyers, your Samsung 20+ fresh out of the box has the usual new product protector (has a hole for where the fingerprint scanner) AND a screen protector underneath that. The screen protector that comes preinstalled on the phone looks good, but is cheap and crunchy. This screen protector is rubbery and doesn't randomly start cracking. It works as intended.

Nice Protector - bit of a pain to install. Trying to follow the directions - getting the film off the protector was difficult to figure out. But once on - nice bit of protection

It's a fine screen protector. It feels really nice to the touch, but scratches very easily. Installation process was very confusing on how exactly to peel off the multiple layers. Video was not very specific/helpful. There is still a couple bubbles on the screen after a week, but nothing major. Overall, not the worst screen protector I've ever had.

The directions for removing #2 and #3 tab liners was not very clear. I eventually got it figured out. Install was rather easy but the screen had some spots (not dirt specks) near the camera hole. They looked like dried up water spots. With that experience, I went ahead, confident in doing the next one. Went off without a hitch, till I noticed all of those water spots around that annoying horizontal line from the 2 tab panels. Will be seeking a refund on the second one that came out way worse. The material is just too soft. Still a step up from that clear PVC one that Samsung puts on it.

It was a little difficult to install and had a few tiny bubbles but after using the phone for 3 weeks, the bubbles are now gone.

Waste of money. Ive bought it 3 times amd all three the shield fails to dislodge from the installation protective layer ruining the installation with air bubbles, or like the last two time ruining the shield all together, wasting your money.

Best Buy installed for us. Seems like it installed like every other screen protector. Tedious and slow process. The phone is my daughter's and screen is still whole. Not sure how well it protects, hope I never have to find out!

I always buy zagg protection for my phones but usually get the tempered glass. The glass wasn't available yet so I was worried about using the film. It was easy to install BUT it left that stupid line across the middle of the screen when I first installed it. Well to my surprise it eventually went away & now looks great. It fits perfect with a case on the phone as well. I'll upgrade to the glass version when its available, but this is great for now. By the way, be sure to use the installation tray (the bottom piece of plastic packaging) & guide tabs/holes for a perfect installation. I did the first phone without it, not realizing that it was there to help lol.

I wound up needing to buy this items twice. I didn't realize that it wasn't a glass screen. In the end it is a thicker pliable plastic. It does have a decent feel - but I wonder how well it will protect the phone screen from shock. Even with using their steps there are bubbles under the protector

Bought this at the knightdale nc location and had it installed in store and when the associate put it on the phone he said it had some air bubbles on the bottom on the screen protector and asked me if it was ok for it to be like that and i said no that i want it put on correctly so it puts another one on it for me

it sucks. I was away this past week and noticed bubbles on it then all of a sudden it lifted and a business card got stuck to it and it pulled it up. ckearly it was not put on correctly by BB.

I've had these on my last three phones. Not somerhing that I'd care to install myself, however. Best installed by someone who has done a few.

I purchased in store and paid extra to have the geek squad install it. It took them 3 tries to get it on having to open and install a new one each time. They couldn’t get all the bubbles out but said they would come out in 24hrs, which they didn’t. Went to another location a week later and they tried another 3 new protectors and told me and said the bubbles would come out. Now just dealing with the bubbles. Was a great value paying for them to install at least, it saved me the cost of the 5 wasted screen protectors.

It will probably keep my phone safe but the installation was awful.Instructions had me confused.I watched the video on youtube.Followed it and the tabs on the top holding it in place would not come off so I had to manually cut it.

directions were unclear. Although I had to attempt installation twice to get it right it retained the adhesive & is performing great. The installation jig is a great idea but not clearly labeled.

Kind of difficult to put on the phone screen. Not really worth it, there are better screen protectors out there. This is thin.

Break very easily while installing. Too expensive.

Protect your phone and never worry again about the glass. I have had a few micro bubbles appear but that was probably from installation. Once the screen is on, you can't see them anyway. Excellent quality and price. I would get it again for sure.

This is just a horrible product. I have put on many screen protectors and this one by far is the worst. The directions are very clear, perfect. They have a tray to make the application easy, awesome. This is where everything is bad. I clean the front of my new phone after removing the factory plastic sheathing. I use the dust remover supplied with the product. I the follow the directions to a tee, at which time i notice a line going across the protector which I figured would go away as I apply the cover. Well, it didn't and I have a big line going across my phone. The edges also don't smooth after following the directions. I am hoping Best Buy will refund my money, being that $35 is a lot of money for a cover not to work. Luckily I saved everything that came with it, including the box. I would stay away from spending money on this, unless you don't mind having a line running across your screen.
