Great protection but a little difficult to put this on the phone screen straight and without bubbles.

One my phone this screen protector keeps bubbling up after a month or so. Maybe my phone needs a better cleaning & aired out before geek squad puts on a new one

directions were unclear. Although I had to attempt installation twice to get it right it retained the adhesive & is performing great. The installation jig is a great idea but not clearly labeled.

Honestly it's not great. It's plastic, not glass. I've had to replace it twice so far. It rips easily, gets bubbles easily, etc. But the lifetime warranty is useful, so yeah.

I've tried others from Amazon that claim to work with cases, but they don't. This protector has stayed on and is bubble free. Installation was SIMPLE. I don't understand how others have had issues. Simply follow the instructions step by and step. Give it overnight and all lines and any imperfections will be gone by morning. My only issue is it is not smidge/fingerprint proof. I'll still give five stars, but don't expect a clean screen. The only protector I've had that works for fingerprints is the glass from Zagg that is on an iPhone XR. Until they make one for the Glaaxy S20+, this one is the best available in my opinion.

Bought this for my new Samsung. It was pretty easy to install. The only issue I had was after cleaning I went to apply the film and either I didn't read instructions properly, or I didn't apply properly, but it didn't stick as intended on first try. I figured it out, and had no problems after that.

Does not stay adhered to your phone very well and not scratch resistant

This is a great screen protector but if you don't know how to properly put one on then I highly suggest having the bestbuy people do it for you and it comes with a lifetime replacement guarantee so you just bring your used on back and they replace it for you it's extremely convenient to just have to buy it once

The only thing good about this screen protector is Best Buy's lifetime replacement guarantee. That's the only reason for the second star. Sometime soon I'll be heading in for my third one since getting my phone in March 2021. The first film was installed about 1/4" too high by the associate, so it started peeling away at the top almost immediately. I took my phone in and they replaced it, this time installing it just in the right place. The associate cautioned me to keep my phone out of its case for a day to let the screen protector's adhesive set, which I did. I thought I was all set. Yet within only a month or so the film had displaced itself, moved up, and again started peeling away toward the top of my phone. I keep my phone in a clear case that protects the back and edges, and neither the sides nor the top and bottom bevels should interfere with the screen protector film when installed correctly. I can only guess that keeping the phone in my pocket caused friction on the film and made it move and peel away. I don't think my wife has the same problem with her film (same product for slightly different phone); she mostly keeps her phone in her purse. But a screen protector film should be able to stand up to pocket storage. Like I said, I'll head in for my free replacement at some point. But a free replacement is only good while Best Buy has these in stock, and in the store. If they have to order it for you it won't be free. And of course these will cease to be in stock soon, as the next generations of phones come out. So "lifetime" replacement is of course a misnomer. In short, don't waste your money. Spend a little extra to get a better case, like one with raised edges that offers some screen protection anyway.
