When I ordered this it was working great for like a week but after a few days it stopped working. A red light appeared and I tried everything I could to fix it. I've balanced it all correctly like every video I saw said to do but nothing worked.

All parts were not included with my order, . The tripod wasn’t even with my order instead there was a part that wasn’t even listed as an accessory. Very unhappy that after waiting I cant even use my product:

Pros : ease of use Pretty much all controls available in the gimbal itself Well built and Sturdy Battery life comparable with its competitors Good App for IOS and Android Produces good smooth video Cons: Object tracking poor Slightly bigger than competitors
