Zhiyun - Smooth 4 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer - Black

When I ordered this it was working great for like a week but after a few days it stopped working. A red light appeared and I tried everything I could to fix it. I've balanced it all correctly like every video I saw said to do but nothing worked.

All parts were not included with my order, . The tripod wasn’t even with my order instead there was a part that wasn’t even listed as an accessory. Very unhappy that after waiting I cant even use my product:

Learning curve is steep. It can be great but it's hard to learn all modes. Does not play too nice with android and not really made for big devices like S20 Ultra. Drain phone battery fast. Very sturdy and good quality.

First impression, it comes in very good packaging. It is made of good and sturdy material which it won’t give you the impression of a cheap device. It has many controls and features that will only work with the app. If you do not use the app then it will only work as a stabilizer. The control dial on the side works very smoothly adjusting exposure or zooming. Again that will only work with the app. The video or images captured in the app need to be exported to camera roll. One of the main features that drove me to purchase it was the object tracking and the vertigo effect. Unfortunately the tracking is extremely flawed, initially it will attempt to track but then it gets lost and spins out of control. The vertigo mode is not intuitive and it takes time to understand how to use it. Pros: Good quality materials. Smooth controls (in app only) Works as a phone charger (with cable only) Great stabilization Cons: Heavy Bulky Flawed object tracking Controls work only with app.

This thing is CRAZY! My wife and I wanted to shoot some video of our dog, and this was the one we read about. What we wanted: an easy to use gimbal that would smooth out the motion shots on our hikes. What we got: ALL that, as well as some very crazy technology that is currently way beyond our ability. Best part - for the price, it's an amazing gimbal that's really quite easy to use. This is definitely not a "try this out and have to upgrade later" scenario - this is full featured awesomeness!!

I have shot few times with this Zhiyun-Tech Smooth-4, combined with my Galaxy S10. Zhiyun did pretty good job with this device. Pros: -Solid all day power -Smooth as silk footage -excellent integration with Filmic pro app -excellent built -excellent packaging/carrying case -handsome piece of gear Cons: Sometimes wobbles and goes unbalance. My understanding this three way combo of phone, gimbal and Filmic ap works a bit better. On my S10 quality of the footage is awesome and outstanding and oh so smoooooth. Gimbal worked well w IPhone 11 Max Pro. Had to view several YouTube videos to get better understanding on how to use.
