I love this thing. Very smooth and record my video smooth. Only down fall is my Note 20 Ultra is a little too big for the holder and the app is expensive, but this package come with a year service free and the record and zoom function on the Gimbal only works with the app.

I recently purchased a smartphone gimbal, and it has quickly become an essential accessory for my mobile photography and videography endeavors. The gimbal I chose is incredibly versatile, offering a range of features that have greatly improved the quality of my content. Pros: 1. Stabilization: The gimbal’s primary function is to stabilize your smartphone footage, and it does this exceptionally well. Whether you’re walking, running, or shooting in challenging conditions, it keeps your videos buttery-smooth. 2. Easy to Use: Setting up and balancing the gimbal is straightforward, even for beginners. The accompanying mobile app often enhances user-friendliness, allowing you to control various settings and modes effortlessly. 3. Multiple Modes: With options like follow mode, pan follow, and lock mode, you have creative control over your shots. Timelapse and motion time-lapse modes are a bonus for capturing dynamic time-lapse sequences. 4. Long Battery Life: The gimbal typically offers an impressive battery life, ensuring it won’t run out of power in the middle of your shooting sessions. Cons: 1. Weight and Size: Some smartphone gimbals can be a bit bulky, making them less portable than you might like. However, it’s a trade-off for the added stability and features. 2. Price: High-quality smartphone gimbals can be somewhat expensive, but the investment is worth it if you’re serious about improving your mobile content. In summary, a smartphone gimbal is an invaluable tool for anyone looking to elevate their smartphone photography and videography. The stabilization, ease of use, and various shooting modes make it a must-have for content creators and enthusiasts. While the price and size may deter some, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks, and the results speak for themselves.

I have had a couple of previous smartphone stabilizers, so I pretty much aware of their capabilities, but I like that Zhiyun was able to make a foldable stabilizer because, sometimes full-size stabilizers have been to bulky for me. This one is lightweight, but I love the features, especially an LED letting me know which mode I'm in. I think the real bonus of the Q3 is the video light. That is a game-changer. I really like that I can switch it forward or rear-facing, depending on how I'm filming. Although I almost exclusively film in landscape. I like the fact that I can change it to portrait mode with a press of a button. I shoot real estate videos, so I want my videos to look like they're floating, and with this stabilizer, my videos have so far all been excellent. It takes a lot to impress me, but I am thoroughly impressed.
