    I bought this product last June (2022) for my bedroom, which is about 14x12 square ft. However, from the time I brought it I noticed it doesn't cool the room down and you have to stand directly in-front of it to feel anything. I took it out a few day ago and and it’s even worse, it’s not cooling and it blows hot air.

    The app does not work. Very difficult to setup. I didn’t found any proper instructions on how to operate. After some google search and YouTube video, I found the app and process but the app doesn’t recognizes the device.

    I've never been more disappointed in a product from Best Buy. I wanted a gimbal like my dad's DJI which this was obviously a direct rip off from. I used them side by side on their feet using both Note 20 Ultras and the DJI was able to track the subject around the room beautifully, this thing was loosing the subject as soon as she moved. Even when standimg still this gimbal was twitching and would not stop moving. For the same price ignore this piece of garbage amd get the DJI. I hope Best Buy stops selling these...

    Got it for my Galaxy S21 Ultra. Seemed to want to function out of the box, but gave up once the app was downloaded to the phone. App is vague and there is little to no support.
