My Little Fitbit
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of the two things I make sure I wear everyday. I always try to get 10,000 steps a day. It's great paired with my iPhone. If only it also tracks sleep, that would be the best. But overall it was a great buy!

Fitbit Zip Wireless Activity - Great Product!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would recommend this to anyone that absolutely cannot find the time to exercise, this counts steps walked, calories burned and much more. Being able to see this makes me move around alot more!! I've lost 5lbs without even trying.

Excellent motivator
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The FitBit Zip is awesome. If you are looking for a relatively inexpensive way to track your steps/distance, this is the right device. It's super small and not noticeable under clothes. I put it in my pocket if I wear jeans, or I clip it onto my waistband if I wear shorts or a skirt. The steps seem accurate. I really enjoy earning "badges" for accomplishing new things -- i.e. walking over 20,000 steps in a day. Overall, this is a great motivator. This device has made me aware on the days that I haven't been as active (getting only 3,000 steps in a day is a bummer!).

Small and simple to use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Fitbit Zip does what I need it to. I don't need any of the extras on the other Fitbits. It's small so it's easy to clip inside my short or jeans pocket. It measures steps, distance, calories, which is all I need. It's nice that it shows the time on it and has a smile on the first screen. It's easy to sync with the computer and I get weekly reports. My only small complaint is that the screen doesn't always change when I tap it. I have to tap hard or several times but that's not a big problem.

Good workout tracker
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The fitbit zip is small easy to on my hip or on my pocket and very secure. So I have no worries about it falling off. I have it on all the time. Sometimes I go out of my way to walk more, just because I have it on. I like how it can tell when I am more active than other times to help burn more calories. One bad thing I have notice, I wanted the battery to last longer. I had to change out the battery about 2 months after I got it. It as very Very Good fitness tracker.

Great "starter" fitbit!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great for my needs. I just wanted to track steps and calories burned so I did not need all the bells and whistles of more expensive fitbits. Love that it shows the number of active minutes from workouts. Phone app is easy to use and understand. I also like that it is small and I can 'hide' it, the world doesn't need to know that I have a fitbit!

Small size, great stats compared to others
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned two other pedometers in the past which were priced significantly lower than this one so it was hard for me to justify spending 50 dollars on a pedometer...but then I started using it.... Having your stats available so you can see your progress through history, in addition to having a community available online really motivates me to keep moving! Sadly (before wearing the zip) on days that I worked from home I could easily say there is no way I'd hit anywhere near 10K steps in a day, but seeing my calorie burn, total steps, etc just motivates me to get out and get some steps in! I like the zip because it's smaller than the average pedometer, it takes a regular battery (I don't like rechargeable because I would inevitably forget to charge it), and isn't complicated to setup/use!

Q: QuestionCan this be carried in the pocket instead of worn on the belt or pans?I don't think you need more details than the question above.
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer I clip mine on my pocket, but keep it on the inside most of the time. Works just fine. Tried it once in my pocket (unclipped) and I'd say it was only 47-64% accurate.

- A:Answer Yes, it does for running, just as accurately as normal running. For walking sometimes it may miss a few steps, but it is surprisingly accurate.

Q: Questioncan it track distances and calories burned while riding a bike?
Asked by Mary.
- A:Answer No it cannot track distances you burned cycling. It counts each pedal rotation as a step and calculates the distance and calories burned as if it were a step.
Answered by smith04
Q: QuestionOn the screen does it show how many calories you burned or do you have to check your phone?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer It shows the calories burned. It also shows the time, steps, and distance. You tap the screen to move through the displays.

Q: QuestionHow do you keep your fitbit from falling off the waist of your pants? I've lost two of them! The rubber holder doesn't keep it firmly attached. Any suggestions?
Asked by Walksalot.
- A:Answer Pin inside a pocket.
Answered by MESG
Q: QuestionHow do you reset steps taken?I have had several pedometers and stopped using them because the reset button is way to easy to hit by accident. Is this a problem with the zip?
Asked by Lori Sue.
- A:Answer The Fitbit Zip doesn't require you to reset the step count. At midnight I resets to 0 steps, and yet even if you forgot to synchronize it all day, and wait until the next day, your info is still on there. There actually aren't any buttons on this model so nothing to press by accident.
