This has a great deal of flexibility which can be confusing at first. Documentation could be better had to visit web site for through understand and download free PC control software for the hub.

Simple to setup, pretty cool to use

Inside my WIFI zone the setup was REALLY easy, but it took a bit longer to get the port forwarding set up so I could run it outside of my network, but I am not the smartest guy out (check out http://portforward.com/routers.htm and select your router and insteon that helped me)
The reaction times of the devices are VERY quick over the WIFI, but probably take 5-6sec to resound to a command over 4G, and even longer to report back the status.
Anyway its pretty cool. Check it out

Read the fine print on the box!

The hardware works as advertised but the software to control all features does not exist. You would think a company that would invest this much would go the extra mile and make the software that they show on the box. Talk about misleading! All the software currently available you can only access the light, thermostat and camera. There is no support or controlling the Garage, motion detection, or anything else.
HIRE some software developers, then put it on the market! Especially for the mainstream.
