I would have friends over but it only came with one mat. I now have the second one and it was one of the best investments. I have had a few parties and everyone just loves it. People are nervous at first, but once they do it once, they are hooked. The only problem is that if you have real big feet, you dont fit in the center pad very well. Like a mens 12 or larger. But if you are dancing on it, you are fine since you need to be moving those feet anyway!!!
