However the item was inexpensive and not worth the return. Works as suspected.

They left it in the driveway by the door so we could take it out of the box, I have low ceilings and box is tall. Opened it up and there is a large crack all across the entire screen. I am not sure when it got broken...……..so I call and they tell I have to go to the store where I got it and tell them....12 miles away. I get there they tell me I have to come back today because the info was not in the system that they delivered it yet. So back I will go today and they will tell me it will be another week before a get a replacement. So one day I will get my new TV...…………….

But Jesus work on the customer service with the cashiers cause one poor girl with curly hair was giving her best and moving efficiently while the other 3 giggled and were on their phones trying to make a purchase look like which would have been fine if there wasn’t a line . Plus the associate actually was going to wait and stated “sorry you need to get your line “ and the cashier walked around to say no I’m not and proceeded to do what he want then had the nerve to finally call up the next customer after staring at us too many times without acknowledging our presence and the other young lady continued to go as fast as she could to get us (which she’s what was saving them because of how kind but how remorseful she looked that the line was beginning to pile). The guy had the nerve to be rude and want to rush like dude I wish I was at work right now because I do just this for a living I’m actually a disguised shopper and boy would I have had a field day with my reports . Please do better because it was simple things that keep a business going and these are all things !

When i arrived they only had one and i had to wait for the other. Took 2 weeks. Shop elsewhere if you want physical media. This company does not deserve your buisness anymore. Shop local.
