The instructions say some models may not include those parts, but the photo leads you to think you will.

Although, i wish the steam was a little hotter. This is suppose to be an upgrade from previous pet bot, but this doesn't allow me to push a button and walk away. If the price less that $100, i say go for it!

You’re only paying more because of the steam option which I don’t really use. All their products are great, the only thing I don’t like about this one, hence the 3 star is….the cheaper model had a sturdier head

Not bad but buy the extra protection

Steam is a great feature. Will return and exchange for another one hoping the next one works better.

They call it Hydrosteam. Fancy name for water spray. It works ok but I was looking for the disinfectant properties of a real steamer

Maybe Best Buy should step up their game!
