Although it was the same brand as the printer my printer didnt recognize it

I stored this cartridge carefully, didn't open it until I needed it, and followed the instructions given by the printer. The printer doesn't recognize this ink cartridge, although it is a genuine Epson cartridge going into an Epson printer. The printer requested an update the day I attempted to change the ink cartridge. I have contacted Epson and they asked for photos and I have spent a good three + hours on this so far. I am a grandma and happily retired to be able to avoid dealing with this kind of stuff!

My Epson 212 printer isn't printing black ink even though I just installed a brand new, genuine cartridge. Here's what happened: Full Tank, No Black Print: I put in the new cartridge and the printer showed a full ink tank, but it wouldn't print anything in black. Cleaning and Reinstalling: I removed the cartridge, cleaned the contacts, and put it back in. This time, the indicator showed only 3/4 full, and black still wouldn't print. Ink Disappearing? Still No Black: After taking the cartridge out and putting it back in 4-5 times, the printer finally showed the ink tank as empty, but it never printed black at all. Return Denied: I tried to return the cartridge to Best Buy, but they wouldn't take it because it was opened. I'm stuck with a new cartridge that doesn't work, and I need help getting black ink printing again.

I ordered this on bestbuy.com because I realized I would soon run out of ink and would need to replace it shortly. I ordered it about 6 weeks before my cartridge was actually depleted. After I replaced the empty cartridge and installed the new one, my printer indicated that the ink level was about half full. This is a brand new cartridge and is supposed to be FULL! I contacted Best Buy customer service and explained, but was denied a replacement because it was past the 30 days return policy. I’ve been a Best Buy customer for over 20 years, and this is the customer service they provide? WOW! Shame on you Best Buy! I’ll be purchasing all my future ink from another company. VERY DISSATISFIED! Beware to anyone when purchasing ink from Best Buy!!!

good value and quality, long lasting,ease of installation

So expensive. I don’t want to review. But I keep receiving the emails to remind me for review this one. I already dont like this item and do want to buy it. I barely use my printer and dont want to buy new. So I have to keep buying this one. Then I had a bad experience with the employee there. He lied to us and told us to create “ a membership card”. We asked him :” it is not credit card, right?” He told us :” 100%, it is not credit”. Then he asked us for our more information. We asked him why he needed information when it is not credit card. Then he told us it is credit card. We said we didn’t want a credit card and didn’t want to give him the information. We wanted to cancel. He told us he can’t cancel it. Nice! Lier!

Ink is fine. Dot automatically delivering it and cancelling your ink replacement program is very unexpected

Epson inks are really expensive to buy and run out of ink faster thank a blink of an eye. I bought this ink cartridge and installed on my printer. I made 1 full page color copy ( mostly colored) and got an error message “ink low”. I did troubleshoot and I still get a low ink message. I was able to do 2 more copies until the printer said it was out. I do not recommend this cartridge.

Unfortunately this was the only replacement cartridge available for my printer! I would have bought the XL & some other colors, but, this cartridge was all I had to choose from! And I felt lucky because I needed this one the most! Very disappointed in the selection of printer cartridge stock for a recently purchased printer from this same store!!!!

I purchased this for my Epson printer and the printer did not recognize it , I brought it back with photo of the screen warning and was told we can’t help ! No returns on ink ? I just wanted one that wirked.

During the process of calibrating my Epson printer, the brand new black ink cartridge needed to be replaced again.

I literally JUST used this ink cartridge and after the first print which was a black and white basic word document of only two pages (no graphics or anything crazy) it's saying that the ink needs to be replaced again.

Ink cartridge dried up after only 2 or 3 uses. Definitely not worth even the price of the printer.

I needed to print a big job. The ink ran out before I finished a ream of paper. Most of the copies were 1 sided. The ink costs more than the printer. I don't know if it is the printer or the ink, but I would not buy it again.

Brand new cartridge lasted exactly 30 pages of text (at 2 spaces). The weight difference between the empty cartridge and the "full" one is probably the equivalent to 4 ml of ink. Unreal!

Ordered this ink installed it only printed out a few pages and the ino was out need a refund because I should have gotten more uses than one print job

Bought these and printed 5 tickets (5pages) for a sporting event and it used about 15% of the ink. Will be lucky if I can 40 pages printed. Right now it costs about $1 per page to print. I will be buying an HP when the ink runs out.

How is it possible that one installs the ink cartridge and prints 10 sheets of pure text and it is finished and the printer is asking me again to install new cartridges

Ive only printed a couple of pages. Basic print, not too much characters and Im out of ink already

I have been waiting since November 13, 2020 to receive one cartridge of ink. It is now January 11, 2021. Where is my ink cartridge? And I can't even stop payment. This ink replenish set up is hogwash!
