    Did ok in pattern making. This smaller product doesn’t give as much detail as the larger ones. The lights never worked as they should. The help chat for the product recommended that I return it which I did. Maybe something was wrong with my product. I think with time and updates it should be good. Until they update and offer new model I’d wait to purchase.

    Fix the app for IPhones n IPads . Most of the designs won’t download. The light blinks on n off most of the time if it comes on. Won’t change colors . Light won’t dim. Help!!

    First one I purchased was DOA. The LED lighting is what wouldnt work correctly. Epileptic seizures come to mind. Took that one back and t u e second works great. Unless you are trying to do a custom collor. It is useless at that.

    Love the product, it has its issues. And the lack of customer support from homemedics make this difficult to recommend to anyone else. The unit I purchased has developed issues where the power and light buttons no longer work. After multiple attempts to contact homemedics support I have finally given up.
