    6 weeks delay in installation by Geek Squad.

    Excellent Television. Installation scheduling by Geek Squad was horrible. First scheduled date the installer called in sick. Went to the back of the line for reschedule. The second scheduled date two weeks later the installer's child was sick. Went to the back of the second reschedule. Two weeks later TV was installed (Total delay of 6 weeks). Excellent install.

    Does not play well with others — sound issues

    Purchased the A95L from a Best Buy personal consultant after a visit to our home. Also purchased all recommended high end cabling along and a Sony HT-A7000 sound bar system with sub and back speakers. Set up by Level 2 highly experienced Geek Squad installers. Started noticing sporadic pops in the sound almost immediately. No particular content or channel/app caused issues. Completely random and at varying levels of severity from non existent to annoying to unwatchable. Picture would be affected at times as well. Most times shutting everything off/on fixed it but not always. Installer gave me his cell and said to call if there were issues. There were issues, so I called. He was at a loss for the cause. Said to call my consultant. I called my consultant and left a message. He never responded. Very helpful on sales, disappeared when there was an issue. I continued troubleshooting. Ran sound just through tv to isolate tv from the now unplugged sound bar. Pops still happened. Replaced all cabling. Pops still happened. Replaced the barely a year old AppleTV just in case that was the problem. Still issues. At this point, I had replaced everything that could be replaced except the TV itself. Still issues. In one last effort, I just removed the AppleTV altogether. Voila, fixed. TV works great as long as I don’t use AppleTV — the heart of my household entertainment ecosystem. It was time to return the tv, buuut by this time the return period had passed. So Best Buy sent me to try and deal with Sony. So disappointing in every way. As another reviewer mentioned, this TV does not play well with others, specifically AppleTV. Plenty of other choices out there. Avoid this TV until Sony finds and fixes this gremlin.

    Incomplete and sloppy install

    Install was incomplete. Soundbar wasn't installed, TV camera was not installed, and sub-woofer wasn't positioned correctly. Techs rushed and did an incomplete job. I didn't realize how much was left to be done until after they left. TV is great, it was just bad work by Geek Squad
