The worst experience I have Sa far. I ordered online and they gave me a used I pad the box was already open I wasn’t able to return it because it takes a lot of time and I have classes going on at the moment and I am also going to work that’s why it was hard for me to go to the store and return it. If you order online they will do this to you worst experience I will never recommend it to anyone.

They do not send the original accessories for the open box supposed in “excellent” condition. I tried to solve 3x in the chat and they simply said they could do nothing (when we do not they can ship the original charger and cable that were missing).

I was very disappointed in this Ipad purchase. I haven't bought a new Ipad in about 5 years so I was excited about the new Ipad Pro. When I heard the sound quality of the speakers it was just awful. It sounded hollow and was worse than my old Ipad. I refuse to spend $800 plus for something that is worse than what I already have. My suggestion is to do your research and go listen to the speakers before you purchase. Very disappointed in Apple.

I got the Ipad awhile back and I bought it open box, sometimes when I use it glitches which is weird. Looking back I wish I had bought it brand new through BestBuy because I was going to try to return but it says I am out of my return window which is disappointing so I am kind of stuck with it.

Stop sending me these advertisements to do a survey. My card was used fraudulently towards this purchase & explained my discontent w/ the whole process!!. How does the website allow criminals to do an Online purchase & be able to changed my info in the website and make a purchase!!!
