Apple - 11-Inch iPad Pro with Wi-Fi - 256GB - Silver

CONTEXT I’m a solar farm technician, and I’ve been using the iPad Pro for work and honestly It’s the best work device I’ve ever had.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ DESIGN It has a sleek and minimalist design and it's made of aluminum and glass, and it is also very thin and light, making it easy to carry around with me.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ PERFORMANCE It's powered by the M2 chip (same chip that's used in the latest MacBook Air and MacBook Pro) so it's incredibly fast and responsive, so I can easily multitask between different apps and tasks. It also has a long-lasting battery, so I don’t have to worry about running out of power in the middle of the workday and that's great because usually I'm in the middle of nowhere.-------------------------------------------------------------------- STORAGE I went with the 256GB version because is a great option for my needs, it is more affordable, and has plenty of storage space for what I need it for. And if ever need more space I have the option to attach an external hard drive with the USB C (which has great transfer speeds) and make more cost effective.------------------------------------------------------------------------------ DISPLAY The display is simply stunning, the Liquid Retina XDR display, is easily one of the best displays on the market. It's bright, sharp, colorful and it has high refresh rate of 120Hz making everything look snappier. This makes it perfect for reviewing blueprints, drawings and making presentations.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CAMERAS It has a dual-camera system on the back, with a 12MP wide-angle lens and a 10MP ultrawide-angle lens. The cameras take excellent photos and videos, even in low light. There's also a 12MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LiDAR This was another of the deciding factors on choosing the Pro model over the Air, this is useful for a variety of tasks, such as measuring dimensions and it can be used to create 3D scans of objects and environments which is very handy on the projects.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PORTABILITY I also love the fact that it is so portable, actually this was the deciding factor on why I went with the iPad and not a laptop. I can easily carry it around with me on the jobsite without having to worry about it weighing me down.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CELLULAR CONNECTIVITY BE aware that only version the cellular version has an integrated GPS.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SOFTWARE The iPad Pro runs on iPadOS, which is a version of iOS that's specifically designed for tablets. iPadOS has a number of features that make it ideal for productivity, such as Split View and Slide Over. It’s the best work device I’ve ever had, and I can’t imagine working without it. I use it mostly for the following tasks: To capture data from solar panels and other equipment that we use. To make presentations about our solar farm projects. To access engineering drawings and other technical documents. I use it to take notes and keep track of tasks. To communicate with my team members. That being said this device has made my work so much easier and more efficient.

The iPad Pro is a lovely, lovely machine. It's extremely fast, has a bevy of cameras, and its front and rear cameras have depth sensors that could be used for AR or 3D scanning, if you're interested in playing with that tech. Its speakers and display are great, especially on the 12.9-inch model.

Im just slowly converting into apple products. Ive mostly been anything but apple since theyre products tend to be pricy but this tablet is my 2nd purchase of an apple product (first was an imac) and i love it alot i got it just so i can useprocreate on it. But ive been also using it for school work and its great! The tablet the sound system is also really loud! And it charges fast and the life of the battery doesnt go down so fast. Since this is my first ever tablet i dont have much of a review but its worth it i love how light it feels and it runs smoothly too!
