Had choices to purchase this Ipad, "Open Box Excellent" I purchased other items that were "Open Box" that were fine and very acceptacle. For some reason this one was not! The Ipad was packaged in a firm bubble wrap that was sliding arount inside the cardboard box with the ac adapter and usb cord. Unwrapping the bubble wrap was the Ipad by itself, the back side had glue residue like a sticker was removed, then turning it over revealed the screen, unprotected and on the right side a 2-1/2 inch scratch from barely there to very deep near the edge of the frame, enough to where your finger nail would catch. To me this is not Open box Excellent. Cleaning the screen from fingerprints with the wet cleaning cloth revealed clear glue on the lower left corner of the screen. this description was not used for this Ipad when determining condition. Open-Box Excellent Looks brand new Includes all original parts/accessories Typically contains packaging Of course once you open the box then it's you word that it did not happen after.

the item is very good. The process to get the item was less than satisfactory. I had to wait in the store for two hours while customer service tried to verify, and locate, my online purchase. The employee did the best he could to navigate an inefficient system.

We have 2 others in the family and are very reliable. However our latest purchase of this one particular model worked for a total of 14 days then it stopped charging all together. We will be exchanging this item as soon as possible. Weather permitting.

Very disappointed in battery life. Reviews say should last at least 24 hours on full charge but this one runs out of power within 5 hours.

Not as big as I'd like or as sturdy as my 12.9 was but all in all a great purchase

If you are not tekkie as I am I dislike it strongly. I seldom use it I use my old one

Too slow I am actually going to upgrade the iPad pro seriously too. 1 th 16 mg unit over the weekend .

I was not really impressed the size of this iPad Pro so i will get the 12.9 inch .

This Apple Ipad PRO does nothing more than the one I purchased for my wife 6 years ago! It was labeled as an Ipad. And it cost $300 more. I thought that it could be used for Facetime calls as well as another tablet I have. It can not. Not worth the price of an upgrade. One bad Apple can spoil the whole bunch!
