I bought a brand new and it was an open box, i talked and they said they can switch the ipad that i bought by retuning the item. I dont really have time to go a store, that’s why i bought it online. It works fine. But an open hox is cheaper.

Could be better item shipped when selected excellent condition for open box. The ipad had significant use which is visible i can say its fair instead of excellent

I mean I knew what I was expecting. We all know what the iPad looks like, I much preferred visually looking at the iPad over the $1k I spent on it. Nothing ground breaking.

Thought I would love it, but it was an "open box" that looked totally original, but when i went to set it up it was registering to another city 3 states away -- not a good sign, so I didn't want to risk it. The manager agreed too, so I lost my savings and had to get a new one. Beware of even "excellent" open box buys...programming could be tampered with was my concern. Loved the structure and image quality. The silver is virtually the same as the gray case. I am recommending it based on the new unit.

Initial setup was a pain, but afterward, nice product. Nice screen, good storage

Had to return it. The new processor had too many glitches. Why does Apple release something new that had glitches? Why not fix them first? I returned it and got a much better and very workable iPad. I had a 2016 Pro that I loved, so why did they mess it up?

I was expecting to see better. I don’t like all the changes they made to the iPad. I’ve been an iPad owner and user as far as I can remember. I really hate that the charger don’t match my iPhone. They may loose me now as a loyal Apple user.

Good, its ok normal ipad i ipad only think is price is high

Sound when playing call of duty mobile is not good. My old ipad pro 9.7 had better sound. Also the tab s8 has better sound than this ipad. I use my tablets primarily for gaming and i must say that the s8 battery last longer than the one in this ipad.

Start up instructions are lacking! I guess Apple assumes everyone knows how to start up and transfer files! I guess I am one of the few that don’t know. I have had this iPad for 27 days and I still use my old one. Pretty hard to comment on battery life and durability after only 27 days

The front camera is pathetic, pictures are over processed with visible patches. Not expecting such a mediocre performance from 1k apple device

I was troubled that my new iPad Pro couldn’t have photos backed up to sandisk. Even Geek Squad tried.

Employee should review product compatibility before check out so customer won’t have to go back to exchange for right products.

Had this ordered by mistake and had to be sent back. It was not want I wanted Wi-Fi only and not cellular.

Nothing new compared to the past iPad and has issues shutting down randomly.

Was excited to purchase this latest model iPad Pro and 2nd Generation Apple Pencil for my digital artist daughter when the on-site Apple representative overrode Best Buy's sales representative's recommendation to discount the open-box item. I found the same item elsewhere online new, unopened, and in-box for a lower price than Apple at Best Buy would approve for an open-box, i.e. used, product. I did not buy Apple's speculation that someone merely opened the box at Christmas and then decided to return it. There is no way he could have known that. When I got home, I also noticed I can purchase Geek Squad refurbished iPads for eBay prices.
