Last time I purchase a refurbished product from Best Buy. When I opened the iPad from the box, not original box because it’s refurbished and I understood that - the power cord that came with the iPad was a lighting power cord. The device I purchased uses a usb-c power cord. When I went to Best Buy to make the exchange for the correct cord they told me they could not do it because it was a refurbished item. I had to call corporate, which I did. Corporate told me I either had to return the product or purchase my own usb-c power cord on my own. Look, at the end of the day it’s a couple of bucks for a cord, but it’s the principle. If you make a mistake, make it right. Not cool Best Buy.

The I pad works so far but the screen has scratches all over it and there is a big dent on the side of it. The back is scratched up as well

My iPad came really quickly, literally within 2 days. It is really good quality and functions so smoothly. The only minor error that I have is the face idea. But overall I love it 10/10

The first refurbished unit did not charge properly, but Best Buy and Geek Squad replaced it with another and things are awesome. Love my new larger screen :-)

Seems to work fine. Delivery was late and instead of having everything needed in the box, it contained only the ipad and the charger. No directions or anything else normally included.

I’ve never purchased a refurbished item, this iPad Pro 12.9 is the absolute best! The condition is flawless and runs Great! Saved about $500 i will always shop refurbished 1st!

It is what it is. It was a good deal with the open box, the only downside was that it didn’t come with a charger, but it still worked and looked brand new.

Works as expected. Apple products are all the same, but works fine. Came in great condition, no complaints.

Absolutely a great deal! iPad had some minor scratches on the body, exactly as described. Included was a brand new 30W charger brick with 7ft USB-C cable. And I trust the Geed Squad as it was Certified Refurbished. It works as good as new for a portion of the price!

Pretty much it’s what’s expected from an IPAD however for an not brand new it’s a little pricey! I would prefer a little less that what I was charged! Thank you

Amazing quality for being refurbished. Has minimal and I mean MINImal scratches on the corners but they're barely visible. Operating system works like it was brand new. It's been perfect for digital art and playing Roblox! xD

Excellent product, got it for my husband for his birthday and he uses it everyday with no issues.

My refurbished iPad was as advertised and is running smoothly so far. Still testing the limits of the battery life- my initial impression is that it seems average for an Apple product. The included charger was a third party one (Motorola in my case) but does its job just fine.
