Not again.
Last time I purchase a refurbished product from Best Buy. When I opened the iPad from the box, not original box because it’s refurbished and I understood that - the power cord that came with the iPad was a lighting power cord. The device I purchased uses a usb-c power cord. When I went to Best Buy to make the exchange for the correct cord they told me they could not do it because it was a refurbished item. I had to call corporate, which I did. Corporate told me I either had to return the product or purchase my own usb-c power cord on my own. Look, at the end of the day it’s a couple of bucks for a cord, but it’s the principle. If you make a mistake, make it right. Not cool Best Buy.

Mediocre
The I pad works so far but the screen has scratches all over it and there is a big dent on the side of it. The back is scratched up as well

Love this Ipad Pro! The memory is sufficient for my needs. Reliable, fast, great resolution. Highly recommend this!
