This laptop is absolutely gorgeous. This is my first MacBook and this one is refurbished. I was a little hesitant about that but a friend of mine who has one convinced me of it’s durability and performance. I highly recommend if you are unable to purchase a New one this is still a great way to go. Apple backs all of their product designs. I’m already looking for a second unit. The color is Midnight-I thought that it would have been black, but it’s a Midnight blue. It’s beautiful.

This “certified refurbished” laptop was going to be a gift. So glad I decided to open and check it prior, not sure how something can be certified if it wasn’t even opened by Best Buy. That or, the loads of crumbs & dirt passes “certified” inspection.

Highly reccomended. Thin, light and feels solid. Fast, elegant and over all well made device. However I did return this to BestBuy because of a trade in technicality on the MacBook Pro I was trading it for. They returned it becuase it had more ram than the Sku device selected as a trade in LOL! So if you are looking to buy a MacBook with a trade in, go to Apple, not Best Buy. It’s much easier and they give you a better warranty on the refubished units.

This item was shipped directly to our local outlet store. It has never disappointed me so far. It always starts up with ease, works lightning fast, and doesn’t need charging for close to three days (with consistent use). I have never been disappointed with any Best buy electronic device that we have purchased. Additionally, the people at the store were professional and helpful as (based on some reviews on this site) I was a little suspicious of this purchase. I would not hesitate to purchase a refurbished item from Best Buy as… In my experience… Items have worked well and always continue to be reliable.

I recently purchased a laptop from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I have been learning over the years that refurbished is the way to go. I truly do not mind refurbished as long as I know I am getting it from a reputable seller. Like Apple or in this case Best Buy. Mac is great so I knew that this would be great for my daughter. Cheaper price - entry Mac as it’s an Air buuut it still has a revenant chip M2. So she will still get a fast laptop that will still keep up for quite some time. I have a MacBook Pro 2018 version and I do not even have the M1 chip and it is still thriving! I also bought for myself as refurbished from Best buy. I believe I bought it is 2019 or so. Of course it is slower than the newer products but it is still thriving and serving its purpose so I knew that we could count on Best Buy again for my daughter’s refurbished Apple Air.

If you’re not doing crazy work like chopping up video because you’re an editor or something like that, then this is for you and me. I hook up my 24” flat monitor (portable ) runs fabulous and you can keep multiple things open. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and my desk and support monitors stay clean and I have a lot of room.

Admittedly, I had my reservations in purchasing a refurbished Macbook; fortunately, I was proven wrong! The Macbook is in GREAT shape. There are no visible scratches/dings and the system is fast with a great resolution. I am very happy with my purchase

I absolutely love my laptop. The screen is HUGE, very nice clean look to it. This PC does have all the bells and whistles one needs. Love the sreen mirror feature!

This computer is in excellent condition, and everything works as expected so far.

MacBook came in great condition, no scratches, no dents, track pad is good, and so are the keys. It runs as it should. Came packaged very well, and shipping times weren’t too bad about 3-5 days.

Great condition, only a couple of scratches. The laptop runs perfectly, exactly what I needed. Battery life is actually better than expected, especially with the larger screen. On screen color really pops in comparison to my previous daily user. (Coming from a Chromebook). All in all, very satisfied with my purchase.
