My order arrived on time however, the computer was stolen in transit from OnTrac delivery service. I am still in process of disputing the charges for a computer I ordered I did not receive. Best Buy seems to be working with me and my credit card company.

I haven't even had this Mac air for a month and it can't be that the bottom of the keyboard has been bleached, as if it had overheated, this is very dangerous.

I’ve had my Mac Air M3 for a few months now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the worst pieces of equipment I’ve owned. I used to have a Mac Pro 2015 which lasted me 10 years. I don’t think this Mac air will last me more than 3. When I run intensive programs like Zoom or other busy websites, within a few minutes, this laptop struggles. I’ve used Mac Air from 2020 that could handle Zoom better than this. The laptop works well but my gosh the lack of a fan and poor cooling system makes this laptop a headache. At 16GB, this thing starts to overheat with Zoom and Chrome combined, as an example. I used to have an 8GB laptop that can handle more than this miserable software. Idk if the 15 in display is just more demanding of energy, but the fact is with no actual cooling system, this thing is not built to run multiple programs without struggling. Worse investment I’ve made in a while. Look elsewhere!!

Finally got a keyboard and mouse for this Laptop. Hated the original purchase of this Mac book laptop! I was a Windows person, my son decided I would like this..... I have tried to give this thing away... Glad I got the keyboard and mouse. I tried to give it away. NoBody wanted it. Now I get an invoice for $488.00. I don't even know why or how... I have checked my Disc and V. cards. I don't even see where they charged me. Now Best Buy changed to a 15 day return. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO BEST BUY....RUN, SAVE YOURSELF.

purchased Mac Book for power point. It was not compatible with Microsoft PP presentations already crated. Went back to the Apple store and Best Buy for assistance. Had to return the MacBook.

Purchased as a gift come to find out they just got one. So went to return it today 1/19/26 and BEST BUY says its out of return window. Item was never taken out of the box.

I bought this from Best Buy in Tampa, FL. The battery runs down very quickly and charges very slowly. Even though I also bought 'My Best Buy Plus' and I'm within the return window, they still refuse to help me because I'm out of the country. There doesn't even seem to be a way to file a complaint, so the customer service and support is useless. I now basically have a paperweight. Thanks Best Buy, I'll never buy from you again!

Bought a MacBook (on sale) for my wife for Christmas. I wasn’t sure which color she would like so I asked a worker if I would be able to do an exchange after Christmas for a different color. I was told yes, and there would be no additional charge for the exchange. Fast forward a couple weeks. We go in to exchange the laptop for a different color and now they say they won’t honor the sale so I would have to pay the extra 200$ to do the exchange. So don’t take the workers words for what they say, disappointed with the outcome so we returned the laptop all together instead….

I spend more than one hour trying to buy and at the end they cancell it and couldn’t do the order again. It was a waste of time.

This is the worse service I have ever had. I never got my order but I got my money refunded.

This was purchased off if my stolen debit card number. Who ever was working that day when the person picked it up didnt do their job.

I have no idea it is a Christmas gift but the $999 price I paid has now dropped so I got ripped off as usual at Best Buy.

I would just go to Apple. They are very useless here. At least Apple will help you and go over things.

Got a used MacBook with 13 battery cycles even though I purchased a new MacBook. this is totally unacceptable. I contacted apple and even they are surprised

The service I initially received from the salesman was so bad.(as I started getting emails from BestBuy I realized he was just plain lying to me) I returned the purchase. I will say that when I went to the store to return the computer, the store staff was very professional and very apologetic.

My order is two weeks late as of today. I got my first bill but no product yet very disappointed as this ruined my daughter's graduation gift i was told it would be here on time that was a lie.

I can’t get it to work. My emails are stuck in the outbox and I lost my contacts. Now the computer won’t shut down. I’m sorry that I bought this.

much to tedious to operate for me. extra key operations to accomplish simple effects. there was no bridge offered for me to connect my windows spreadsheet to the mac spreadsheets.

Was excited about the Mac book until I started to use it. One has to be a rocket scientist to figure this out. Return it and got a HP Omni book. Thumbs up on it.
