It was my first time ordering electronics not new, but open box. The MacBook was in excellent technical condition, but I was shocked that it arrived dirty - it looked absolutely disgusting.

Computer is fantastic for basic things. I got this to replace my Samsung laptop as I’m a 3D artist for college making video games. Got at good price lab top is fantastic. But unfortunately struggling horribly at high poly models. Even with the new M3 and 16gb of ram. It’s not doing it. Wouldn’t recommend for that purpose.

Computer is fantastic looking a feels great. Screen size couldn’t be better. Lots of good quality an good work you can possibly do on it. For the con: I would be careful buying a used one which I bought. An right after my 2nd week using it the whole computer blew up with viruses an said contact Apple. (Really weird an covering)

Still adjusting to what this product can actually do. Though we have a good home internet speed, it didn’t meet our expectations unlike our ipad pro.

Fed ex stole my pacakge so i’m currently waiting on it to be delivered once again but i appreciate best buy for sending me another one with no charge.

I got an open-box of this model and color which is in great condition and I am grateful for that. The only reason why I gave it 3 stars was because 1. the shipping box was not packaged properly, no stuffers to keep it in place during transit. 2. The "original" box that the laptop came in was not taped so it was open where the laptop was almost completely out. 3. The product itself is in great condition which again grateful for but very disappointed in lack of protective factors because if the device was broken that's on them...

I like having my new Mac 15 inch, it’s taking some time to get used to it because I’m coming off of MicroSoft. But Apple support and geek squad have been extremely helpful.

I was sent a 14 inch Macbook pro. I have more memory and storage which is great but I was not advised that my order was being changed. I ordered a 15 inch Macbook pro. Therefore I had to return my hard shell case. I am not happy.

Nice computer but so much is different on it. I really hate AI and what it does without asking if you agree. No privacy has been a problem with all new technology but it's getting much worse. What happened to privacy?

When I bought this laptop, I thought that it would be easy to navigate. For a lot of people this may be so. For me, not so much. I find it a little difficult to use. I’m so used to the Windows format. I haven’t made a lot of time using the Mac but I have to make do with the $1200 plus purchase. I should have bought an upper mid-range Windows machine for half the cost. I should have done more research. I’m sure that people who know what they are doing would like this laptop. I don’t hate it, I just don’t care for the operating system.

The visual accessibility options are not as effective as Apple’s other operating system for the IPad; that is on the IPad you can bold the letters in a way that is not only dark but has a wider strike. This option is much easier to read.

I have always wanted a MacBook, and say this one on sale Black Friday and decided to just go for it.

The original sales man messed up my financing and order & 2 hours later it was resolved thanks to another worker a young lady who stayed with me to help me finish my purchase because the young man had messed up my information on my finance application otherwise would have been 5 stars

Not as good as my MacBook Pro 2021 yr. The Air product are ok but screen quality not as good , thinner screen nice but gota be careful not to bend or press on it
