So far, the MacBook I purchased is working really well. I’m super happy with it (: Speed: It opens programs and files, and so far the entire workflow is super smooth. I avoid having files on the internal disk, so I use an external hard drive instead, and it helps a lot. Hardware: Everything was like brand new, no scratches or marks on the screen, keyboard, or trackpad. Heating: I use the full Adobe Suite and have been working with Photoshop and Premiere, and it performs really well (speed and rendering). However, after using it for 3 to 4 hours, the temperature starts to increase, so I try to restart or shut it down once I’m finished to avoid overheating. Battery: I’ve been using Apple for a long time, and one thing I’ve noticed is the battery, no matter if it’s a MacBook, iPad, or iPhone, it doesn’t last all day. If I charge the Macbook to 100%, it runs out in about 2 hours. However, this is something I was totally expecting when I purchased it. It says the battery life is normal, but I would say it’s more like 75–85%. I've used it for around 3 months.

Overall everything works fines I like the laptop I got it refurbished excellent but when I received it the bottom was scratched up that’s my only gripe

I am blown away with the condition of this MacBook Pro! It is like a brand new out of the box computer. The only complaint I would have is the quality of the charger it comes with. But with the huge amount of money I saved I was able to get a better charger.

It's good value for the price. It's adequate. I only had it for 6 weeks and the shift button is already stiff and sticky. Beware if you are trying to purchase Applecare+. Apple does not consider this laptop to be an "Apple Certified Refurbished" device. *Quite poor, but average to fair battery life. Great computer with low battery cycle count. Keyboard and screen near perfect condition. Exterior pretty scratched and nicked up. Functions fine overall.

The laptop is beautiful! The cord I received with it was not an Apple cord, and it broke within 24 hours. I took it to the closest store and they exchanged it with an aftermarket charger. Hopefully this one doesn’t break. Brandon told me if there were issues to see him.

The MacBook works great. The only problem is they gave me a used charger that didn’t work

The laptop itself is excellent, but they sent an off brand charger that gets hot if you leave connected after 1 hr. I wished they would have sent an original apple charger.

Was very surprised and please with this purchase, was in very very good condition. One thing I did find disappointing was on inital operation, random unknown folders would be added to the home screen/desktop. had to wipe the OS and reinstall, since then I have had zero issues and it runs smoothly.

I wasn’t expecting to get a laptop where the battery dies after an hour, but also the Apple logo peeling! And of course a beautiful scratch on the back as well.

Went from a 2013 Mac to this. It is excellent so far. I was concerned about buying refurbished but am more than happy with my decision. I use it for photography and am happy with my purchase.

I thought the MacBook Pro was in great shape for Being refurbished. Barely any signs of use. But the price was great too. I just wish it came with an apple charger.

Well maintained device, the refurbish process kept it clean and ready for my use. Quick delivery, as well as a newly provided power adapter.

Overall great laptop. Battery lasts like it should, and is in great condition even though it is used. Could use a better charger.

Every was good wuth exception of the porf quality charger, ut wasn't the original one. Had to buy a new one 2 weeks after i bought the computer.

Worked well for everything I did. Just last week I fell asleep while it was on and woke up to it not turning on. Not sure what happened.

Didn't think about the weight, or I wouldn't have chosen it, is ridiculously heavy for a laptop.

It’s what I need for production school. I wanted to wait on the review. So far it crashed one time and the charger is dead. Charger isn’t covered under Best Buy total care. I called to see if it was covered. I was told they don’t cover chargers and it’s better to get an apple charger, BUT they put in a aftermarket cheaper version charger. That’s not what’s up nor ok at all.

Came with a few dings and scratches, but that was to be expected. The charger it came with works, but have to have it positioned so it is just right to charge.
