This iPhone was like new out of the box. Best purchase for a new to me phone. Battery stays charged for along time. Would recommend

I love buying refurbished or pre owned with Best Buy I’ve been doing it for about the past 3 years and never had a problem and always got the phone I want at a great price. Though with refurbished or pre owned things are never perfect, some things are weird. the sound on my phone is odd but not enough to feel like I’ve been cheated or that it’s defective.

It’s described as pre-owned but it’s in extremely good shape! No dents, cracks, battery charges without issues, all features working so far

I got what I paid for, can’t really complain. You can’t expect it to be perfect. Oh and I’m using the photo for this review, so the camera works great haha.

The phone is excellent conditions is brand new. The only thing is that is not in apple box, so for me a didn’t care… is a box…

Would give it 5 stars but the screen was already scratched up

I upgraded my phone from an SE to the 12, and I couldn’t be happier! It’s so pretty, the perfect size, and I absolutely love it!!!

When my phone got here the camera was broken. Went into Best Buy to get it fixed by geek squad and was told they could not help me (because I purchased it online) and to contact customer service. Once I contacted customer service and got hung up on and called back and waited on hold for 30 minutes , they told me I had to get it fixed in store and could not help me over the phone. Very annoyed that no one can help me and my issue still hasn’t been solved.

It came 2 days earlier than estimated delivery. Received in perfect condition. it comes with a cable, NOT including charger cube. it comes with a sim eject tool as well. phone looks good I noticed the paint around the camera is peeling but it's hard to notice, it just looks like dust. audio is great, screen is great, works fast, set up is very easy. camera is perfect. I received mine with a battery health of 84%.

I'm coming off an ancient Moto G7 I got ages ago for under $200. That phone was dying a slow painful death and I needed something new. I don't particularly care for the design or size of the current Android models, so I went with the fruit. The shipping was ridiculous, it was projected 10 days out, and came in some really...interesting packaging. The quality is great for a second-hand device. No noticeable marks or damage from the previous owner. The battery is at 89% and I was wary at first, but it's still getting me through the day on a single charge. Everything else functions as it should. It's snappy and the display is beautiful and the size is perfect. I don't want or need a tablet in my pocket. It's always a risk when you buy a secondhand device, but hopefully Best Buy really does take the time to test devices to make sure you get your money's worth. I'm very happy with my iPhone 12.

There is no difference to a new phone, for me it is a very good option to have a good phone and much cheaper than a new one and they gave me credit for returning my phone. And the shipping was faster than I thought. Thanks for everything.

I love my iPhone 12. I have no problems with it. It’s preowned so it has some scratches on the sides and back around the camera but I put a case on it and it’s fine. I also got a screen protector on it. The screen was perfect and I drop my phone a lot so I don’t want it scratched up so I put a screen protector and case on it. And yes it is unlocked I use mine with my current service provider which is straight talk and had no issues getting it activated and my number switched to this phone. My battery health is at 85% so it does need charged like twice a day but I ordered a I walk off of TikTok shop which plugs into the charge port of the iPhone and can go in my pocket and charge it. I love this phone. No issues at all. Great camera quality.

It is so nice and working superb. I recommend Pre owned phones from Best buy only. I tried different stores but this is awesome.

This phone comes as advertised! I got this for my daughter (I am an android guy) and she really loves it. What I love is it looks brand new and works like new; the price was about half of a new iphone 13 128G.
