I had no problem connecting the phone to my carrier. The phone works smoothly and I’m hoping it holds up. No scratches or cracks. Downside: The battery life is at 85% and the phone gets warms when playing games. Most likely I’ll go to Apple and replace the old battery for a new one. The Apple care expired 4 months prior.

This iPhone was like new out of the box. Best purchase for a new to me phone. Battery stays charged for along time. Would recommend

It’s described as pre-owned but it’s in extremely good shape! No dents, cracks, battery charges without issues, all features working so far

I love buying refurbished or pre owned with Best Buy I’ve been doing it for about the past 3 years and never had a problem and always got the phone I want at a great price. Though with refurbished or pre owned things are never perfect, some things are weird. the sound on my phone is odd but not enough to feel like I’ve been cheated or that it’s defective.

The phone is excellent conditions is brand new. The only thing is that is not in apple box, so for me a didn’t care… is a box…
