Just enough for the job.
Needed a new Modem/Router as the one I had before hand was aging and was losing support in terms of software updates, and overall just needed something better to support the growing amount of devices I have at home. I've been with this this SURFboard for maybe only a few weeks at this point and I gotta say it's handling well. With just enough ethernet ports to support the only wired devices (two desktops) and a good handling of bandwidth for all the wireless stuff. My only gripe was that I had to call my service provider to activate, which is just an extra step in the process to the setup that kinda made me groan because I never had to do that before with any other unit I've had. Otherwise I can't complain too much. It's doing a fantastic job so far!

Excellent choice in a combination router/modem!
Great combination modem and router. Saves space from the old setup. Needed this to take advantage of the current internet speed. Easy setup and works great!
